Suzanne Loze

Suzanne Loze’s early violin studies were with her grandfather, before going on to study with Erika Klemperer at the Guildhall School of Music. She graduated in 1985 to become a freelance player with various orchestras, working mostly with the London Mozart Players. In 1988 she joined the Bournemouth Sinfonietta and became co-principal 2nd violin until the orchestra's demise in 1999. Since then she has freelanced with most of the London orchestras including the RPO, the Philharmonia, the London Sinfonietta, the Britten Sinfonia, CLS, ENO and many others. She has also played for London shows such as Phantom of the Opera. Until recently she has been a guest leader of the 2nd violins in CBSO. 

Suzanne's work also includes much playing chamber music and leading the recently formed Chelmsford Sinfonietta. She has been the leader of the Essex Chamber Orchestra since 2006. She also teaches privately and in local schools.
